Immigration Law

We are ready to provide a complete range of immigration services, from the most basic non immigrant visa to complex
deportation defense and federal court litigation. Since September 11, 2001, the practice of immigration law has grown in
complexity. In the present environment, immigration law presents daunting challenges to overcome. Our bilingual staff and
attorneys, who are fluent in English and Spanish, appreciate the dynamics of immigration law and how it has changed over
the past few years. On March 1, 2003, the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) became part of the United States
Department of Homeland Security and its functions were divided into various bureaus of that department. Now more than ever,
we understand the immigration process to be confusing, time-consuming, and frustrating. We help clients define their
immigration strategy, taking into consideration the long term, while successfully dealing with short-term needs.

Since September 11th, there has been a heightened level of scrutiny applied at each stage of adjudication. All immigration
cased thus need to be prepared meticulously and properly. We understand the problems our clients have when trying to deal
with the government. It can be threatening and confusing. Wrong decisions can have life altering and catastrophic
consequences. That's why we treat every immigration problem with the attention it deserves and every person as if they were
family. If you feel that you need help in matters relating to immigration issues; including visas or deportation hearings, or are
just simply confused about what to do with a notice you have received, we are available for consultation as well as
representation. We are ready and able to assist you on family and business matters in regards to all facets of U.S.
Immigration law.
